What type of transportation services do you offer?

We offer luxury, stretch limousine and party bus transportation with a 4 hour minimum. Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and maintained.

How do I book service for my wine tour?

You simply need to plan your trip first, and then call us so we can take you there. You may either call us or fill out the form with detailed information for a quote and check vehicle availability. A minimum, non-refundable deposit of $150 (credit /debit card or cash) is required at time of booking for your reservation. The deposit is applied to your reservation. The balance must be paid with a major credit card, debit card or cash upon arrival. We do not take payments in full by debit or credit card at the time of reservation. **When using a credit/debit card for the deposit, the person listed on the card used must be present to sign for the receipt.

What payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit & debit cards and U.S. currency (cash). **When using a credit or debit card for the deposit, the person listed on the card being used must be present to sign for the receipt.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We charge a cancellation fee for same day.

Do I need to make a reservation with the wineries for wine tastings?

YES! We recommend that you call the wineries in advance to see if they require a reservation and to verify any applicable wine tasting fee. Some wineries may not allow limousine groups or drop-ins.

Do your rates include wine tasting fees?

Our rates do not include any applicable wine tasting fees. We highly recommend you call the wineries in advance to confirm the cost of any applicable wine tasting fees. Tasting fees per person vary at each winery.

Do you allow food inside of the limousine?

We do not allow food to be consumed inside of the limousine. Clients are welcome to bring a picnic basket which must be stored in the trunk or up front with the driver.

Can I bring my own beverages inside of the limousine?

Passengers are allowed to bring their own beverages of choice.

Is there a minimum of hours required to book a wine tour?

Yes, we require a 4 hour minimum. For pickups from the Greater Sacramento area, we recommend:
-5 hour minimum for wine regions within a 1 hour radius.
-7 hour minimum for wine regions 1 hour outside of Sacramento.
During peak times /days (Sat & Sun) the average time spent at a winery can be 1 hour.

How far in advance should we book our limousine for a wine tour?

Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. During peak Spring and Summer months, weekends tend to book faster as our limousines are also available for Weddings, Quinceanera’s, Birthday’s, Brewery Tours, Bachelorette Party, Anniversary, etc. For weekday reservations, a few day’s notice would be greatly appreciated.

What’s included in your service?

All rentals come with a professionally dressed chauffeur, complimentary waters & sodas. Glassware is provided upon request. There is a $20 fee per broken glassware. You must provide your own auxilary cord if you wish connect your phone to the stereo system. *We currently do not offer booking services with the wineries.
